WITH ALL THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE TODAY,
IT SHOULD BE EASY TO EAT HEALTHYLY,
DON'T YOU AGREE?
Interestingly enough, that’s not the case. I see more and more people with difficulties:
- To find a healthy, sustainable way to lose weight.
- To learn how to deal with a food intolerance without too many deprivations.
- Or simply to follow a healthy lifestyle that gives them energy and is compatible with their everyday life.
After all, it’s hard to understand what information is really useful and it’s even harder to choose what’s right for ourselves.
If you are here, maybe you need help dealing with some of these problems.
I know exactly how you feel: I’ve spent years fasting to control my weight, I neglected the quality of the little I ate because work was always the priority, and I let stress take over my health and personality without even realizing.
Until one day I woke up with my body covered in eczema. And my hair was falling out. Clearly, something was very wrong… my thyroid cried for help. And I finally woke up.
I consulted a lot of professionals – doctors, nutritionists, endocrinologists, you name it – and read a lot of books. I learned a lot and also realized that there is no such thing as a miracle solution, because each body is different and what is good for me is not necessarily what is good for you.
This is the principle of bio-individuality, and also the reason why the cookie-cutter approach doesn’t work.
That is why health coaching is so necessary. The usual duo diagnosis/prescription is not enough to facilitate a change with lasting effects.
