In this plan, we work together over three months to set goals, overcome external and emotional obstacles, and create practical and effective action plans to achieve your vision of well-being.
We’ll do six (6) sessions, by phone or internet, during which you’ll learn a lot about your body, your mind and the reality of a balanced and healthy diet.
As a result, you will be able to overcome your current difficulties once and for all, and achieve your goals in a safe and sustai
HOW IT WORKS:
In the course of the three months, we’ll have six 60-minute long sessions – one every two weeks – via telephone or internet.
Before the first conversation, you’ll answer a short questionnaire, built to launch your thinking: you’ll list your feelings about your food, your needs, goals and eventually limitations.
The first session will focus on the topics raised by the answers to the questionnaire and the definition of goals to be achieved. From then on, our work will flow as progress, successes, difficulties and new goals are set.
In my experience, progress is a great motivation and my clients have achieved goals far beyond their initial expectations.

- A written report of the conversation.
- Your challenges for the next two weeks.
- Inspiration for your meals, according to the defined goals.
- Useful planning and cooking tips and tricks.
- Routines for inspiration, definition of intentions and relaxation.
