HOW I WORK, OR WHY IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM EVERYTHING YOU HAVE ALREADY TRIED IN THE PAST:
The core of my work stems from my personal experience, together with my training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, in New York City.
I strongly believe that what will make a difference to loosing those last few pounds (and dramatically boosting your wellbeing) is not another diet.
On the contrary, it’s a friendly face that will guide you, without ever judging, in replacing those areas where sugar sneaks in and finding yummy alternatives you’ll love just as much.
And, while we are at it, I will also help you to deal better with the stress of everyday life, because inside of us everything is interconnected.

The way I do this for my clients is by listening, a lot, attentively, and supporting you to find the solutions that work for your bio-individuality and, truth be told, the reality of life too.
Of course, having studied quite a bit about nutrition, the human body, more than 100 different diets (and their respective pros and cons), and having just completed one more advanced course focusing on gut health also helps.
As does my training as a coach. Or even my life experience as a career woman, wife, mother of two, entrepreneur and startup mentor.
