In this plan you will have a hour-long session with me, by phone or internet, about your main wellness difficulties and goals. I will help you to think about your symptoms and define action plans to improve.
As a result, you will gain full awareness of what you need to do to always feel 100% like you deserve!
JUMPSTART IS THE RIGHT OPTION FOR YOU IF:
- You feel below your potential, with little energy, but you can’t tell what’s wrong, and you’d like to have a guided conversation, which will enable you to identify the root of the problem.
- You want to understand if your current diet is balanced and make simple but relevant improvements to your long-term health.
- You have a food plan that was prescribed to you by a nutrition professional but now you need to translate it into real and varied meals, that you and your family will love.
- When you eat you feel tired, you get heartburn or your abdomen bloats, and you would like to know how to get an easier digestion and feel more energy in general.
- You sleep poorly and want to know how to improve without medication.
HOW IT WORKS:
Before our conversation, you’ll answer a short questionnaire, built to get you thinking: you list your feelings about your health and food, your needs, goals and (eventually) limitations.
The coaching session itself is remote – phone or web based. It lasts 60 minutes and is focused on the themes raised by your answers to the questionnaire.
What you get:
- A written report of the conversation.
- The identification of your 3 main goals.
- An action plan to work on each goal.
- A healthy menu for 3 days, to motivate you.
- Access to me by email, for a month, to clarify doubts and share successes!
